Division 04

Diversity, Inclusion & Workplace Culture

Genuine inclusion is not a campaign. It is the everyday experience of working somewhere where people are respected, safe to speak and able to contribute fully.

Overview

We help organisations move beyond awareness towards practice: leaders who know how to act, systems that do not disadvantage people, and cultures where respect and accountability coexist.

Our work spans strategy, education, policy review and leadership capability, and it covers inclusion in its full breadth: gender equality, accessibility, neurodiversity, cultural capability and respectful conduct.

What we do

  • 01

    Inclusion strategy

Inclusion strategies and action plans linked to organisational priorities, with leadership ownership and meaningful measures.

  • 02

    Respect and conduct

Respectful workplace programs, conduct expectations and capability for leaders responding to concerns.

  • 03

    Psychological safety

Building team environments where people can raise ideas, questions and concerns without fear.

  • 04

    Accessibility and neurodiversity

Practical changes to work design, communication and leadership that support disabled and neurodivergent people.

  • 05

    Cultural capability

Developing the knowledge, skills and humility to work effectively across cultures and with diverse communities.

  • 06

    Gender equality

Reviewing systems, practices and leadership behaviours that shape gender equality outcomes.

When organisations call us

  • Engagement or exit data suggests some groups have a different experience of work.
  • Leaders want to act on inclusion but are unsure what good practice looks like.
  • Conduct concerns have surfaced and the culture needs attention.
  • The organisation is preparing for new regulatory expectations on workplace conduct.

Questions we explore with you

  1. Whose experience of the workplace is least visible to leadership today?
  2. Which systems and processes may be creating unintended barriers?
  3. How will leaders be supported and held accountable for inclusive practice?
