Privacy notice

Your enquiry information, in plain language.

This notice explains how we handle information sent through the enquiry form on this website.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we record the details you provide: your name, email address, organisation and country if you choose to give them, the area of interest you select, and your message. We also record the time the enquiry was received.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to review your enquiry and follow up with you about it. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing, and we do not use your enquiry to add you to a mailing list.

Who can see it

Enquiries are stored in our secure systems. They can be read only by authorised 1Diversity Global administrators who have signed in with verified credentials and have permission to manage enquiries.

Account and sign-in security

This website loads Clerk, an authentication service, which supports secure sign-in and account protection for authorised users. Clerk may use cookies or similar technologies that are needed for authentication and security. Public visitors do not need an account to send an enquiry.

What we do not do

We have not added marketing subscriptions, advertising or analytics tracking to this website. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to anything.

We do not put your personal details in web addresses, and the form does not save your details in your browser's storage. We do not sell your information.

What happens after you submit

You will see a reference number confirming that your request has been recorded. This is not an automated email or a booking confirmation. An adviser will review the request and follow up with you directly.

Your choices

Only provide information you are comfortable sharing; organisation and country are optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message. If you want to ask about, correct or remove an enquiry you have sent, submit a new request through the contact form, choose "General enquiry" and quote your reference.
